Billie-Rose is a London based audio editor specialising in FX and Foley.
Since graduating with a BA(Hons) in Music, with a focus in film and post, she spent several years working with FreakyOffspring Productions and Boneyard Films doing sound design and FX editing. Her early post career also included working as a runner and audio assistant as well as a Post PA. Working for many major companies including ENVY, Unit, Marvel and Warner Brothers; De Lane Lea.
As a freelancer she spends time working on all kinds of projects, particularly but not limited to animation and horror shorts, and podcast editing.
Between projects Billie-Rose has been assisting on set and shadowing foley artists, constantly fine tuning and learning new audio skills.
She has also worked in Localisation for major blockbuster films like 'Dune 2' and 'Despicable Me 4'
In December 2020 she was nominated for 'Best experimental Sound design' at the Garoa Awards for her work on 'God Spelled Backwards' by Kofi Ntiforo.
